Promote your organisation, service or product to our conference delegates

We have a number of sponsorship options for the next HIT Hot Topics Conference, ranging from simple ‘supporter’ all the way to being the main conference sponsor. If you or your company are interested in supporting the conference and have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Conference supporter

If you want to show support for the conference, but don’t want to go as far as having a stand or an advert then why not become a ‘supporter’. For £10 we’ll include your (or your organisation’s) name in our conference programme, plus we’ll give you a mention on Twitter. (When choosing this option please put the details you’d like us to use in the ‘notes’ area of the order; don’t forget to add your Twitter ID.)

Become a supporter

Advert in the programme

Promote your company or service with an advert in the conference programme which is given to all delegates. For an extra £75 you can also have your advert feature on the main screen that will be running between speakers and during breaks.

PRICES: £100 (PLUS VAT) FOR A HALF ‘PAGE’
£200 (PLUS VAT) FOR A FULL ‘PAGE’

Bag inserts

Everyone attending the conference will receive a conference bag. These bags contain the programme and a number of ‘inserts’ – this could be magazines, flyers, pens or other promotional materials. Get a 50% discount on a bag insert if you get it alongside an advert in the programme.

Sponsor a delegate (pay it forward)

Each year HIT offer a number of people ‘supported places’ at our conference. These go to people who without them would never be able to attend; students, people who use drugs or people living on benefits. You can add the cost of any number of delegates to your package and help us make this conference truly inclusive. Please note because these are significantly discounted places we do not allow them to go to specific individuals but instead we assign them.

Conference stands

We have a number of people and organisations who have regular stands at the conference, and due to the venue we have booked we have spaces for extra stands. This year you can choose from the basic stand, or a larger option to really showcase your organisation/products. Places for stands are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Sponsor a speaker

We are again offering the option to sponsor a speaker. The sponsorship will be reflected in the programme, but as this is a bespoke option there are extra benefits that can be discussed.

Conference main and secondary sponsors

Become the main conference sponsor and your logo will appear on the conference bag, website and slides between speakers. You will also get a stand, a full page advert in the programme and bag inserts. Secondary sponsors also get inserts, a stand and their logo on slides and the website (although not featuring as prominently as the main sponsor). Both options are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
